Arsip -arsip Ditsospol diakuisisi dari kantor Bakesbang (dahulu bernama Ditsospol), pada bulan Maret 2007. Kondisi arsip bercampur antara arsip dan non arsip sehingga dilakukan pemilahan terlebih dahulu. Setelah dilakukan proses pengolahan arsip selama 2 bulan dan dikerjakan oleh Staf Bidang Pengolahan Bidang pengelolaan Arsip Statis diperoleh hasil arsip statis sebanyak 1192 berkas.
